Milestones
 Deep in our tradition and faith practice is to be in partnership with your home in passing on the faith. That means courses and fellowship opportunities for parents, that means providing resources so faith conversations at home can connect what we do corporately. And that ALSO means MILESTONES a program designed to lift up keep moments in the lives of students along their faith walk and intentionally celebrate it in the home and with the larger congregation. Graduating seniors get presented a quilt adorned with panels full of blessings from family members with pictures, scripture verses, and special words of grace. Those quilts are assembled by volunteers here at the church, then they are wrapped around our students in worship as a powerful reminder that they are sent into the world surrounded by a great cloud of witnesses. Other milestones include Baptism, First Communion, Confirmation (affirmation of baptism), first Bible, and several new milestones announced in 2008! All are designed to be in partnership with your family so that, together, we can pass on our faith in Jesus Christ!
