Program Cost Registration Fee: $25 per child (non-refundable) 1day/wk : $25.00 2days/wk: $50.00 3days/wk: $75.00 4days/wk: $100.00			Important Notes Snack will be provided Children should bring a sack lunch and drink All paperwork should be complete Immunization records must be up to date Children should dress in comfortable clothes
Registration Process Registration begins for those currently in our program, siblings and church members: Monday, March 24th @ 9:15am Fill out the attached registration form with the registration fee (non-refundable). Public Enrollment will begin: April 14th @ 10 a.m. Summer program must be completely paid by May 23rd.			Payment Schedule is as follows: 3/24:  registration fee with form 4/11:  1/4 of the total summer program 4/25:  1/4 of the total summer program 5/9:     1/4 of the total summer program 5/23:   1/4 of the total summer program

Worship services are on Sunday at 8:30 & 11:00 a.m. Faith Education for Adults and Children is at 9:45 a.m.
